Blue Marine’s careers talks introduce students to the wide range of jobs connected to the ocean – from marine science and conservation to digital media, policy, community engagement and sustainable business. Tailored for 7 to 16s, these sessions show young people how their skills and interests can lead to meaningful, future‑focused careers that protect our blue planet.

Delivered by Blue Marine staff and project partners, each talk shares real experiences from the field, explains how ocean careers work in practice, and helps students understand how subjects they study in school link to real environmental impact.
