In June 2025, Blue Marine launched the Dutch Caribbean Ocean Observatory, a web platform and learning resource that aims to showcase the underwater world in an engaging and tangible way. Our collection of high-resolution underwater footage, captured both using GoPros and by professional photographers, allows people across the world to dive beneath the waves at Blue Marine’s Dutch Caribbean project site. The footage hosted on this website, along with the associated educational materials, encourages curiosity and inspires ocean action among groups that would not ordinarily have access to the ocean.
