Blue Earth Summit took place at Woolwich Works, gathering over 5,000 innovators, politicians, academics and campaigners to connect and act for change.
Blue Earth Summit 2024 was Blue Marine Foundation’s first year as a Charity Partner. We were involved in the following events:
Keynote speech: Arlo Brady, Blue Marine chairman, delivered a keynote on ‘Sexy Fish’.
WONDEROOM’s world premiere of Sea, Land & City: supported by The Crown Estate and Blue Marine. Blue Marine’s Executive Director, Dan Crockett, joined Mairead Cahill on a panel.
How to rescue 30% of the ocean in five years: Dan Crockett hosted a panel, assembling views from Blue Marine’s Suneha Jagannathan, Development and Impact Consultant; and Max Bello, Global MPA Specialist; along with Olivia Mandle Navarro, activist; Louisa Casson, Greenpeace; and Caroline Price, The Crown Estate.
Blue Marine also hosted a booth, where we showcased our virtual reality experience The SeaWeBreathe.
