English Channel fisherman Martin Yorwarth has written and released a ska shanty that he says is a requiem for the inshore fishing fleet, and for the small coastal communities that have been abandoned and forced out of the fishing industry by years of mismanagement and neglect.

Entitled Coast Town, the song was recorded in Hastings with musicians from the local community. Production was centred around the famous Stade, where the Hastings fleet has been based for hundreds of years, and where the video was filmed.
